The FHA 203k reno loan is not just for first time home buyers. Investors are able to utilize these loans as well! There is just one big difference when doing so!

Owner Occupied - 2, 3, or 4 Units You will receive all of the same perks as a traditional FHA loan.

- 3.5% down payment

- mild credit score needed

- standard debt to income needed

Non Owner-Occupied - 1, 2, 3 or 4 Units You will NOT receive all of the same perks as the traditional FHA loan.

- 20-25% down payment

- higher credit required

- better debt to income required
