The HUD Consultant has a big responsibility. The Consultant's job is to be there to help hold your hand and walk you through the renovation loan process.

1. We help create your scope of work for the project. 
2.  We provide an estimate, if asked for, to help you understand a ROUGH guess on what your project may cost. 
3.  We provide expertise and knowledge on navigating through the FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional loan space. 
4.  We help the contractor format his bid to fit the lenders needs. 
5.  We provide the proper paperwork needed by your lender to get the job to closing. 
6.  We provide progress reports once your project begins. 
7.  We help navigate unforeseen issues that arise when the project begins.
