Construct a building 40’ x 48’ x 15’ (14’ interior clearance) 3 ply laminated columns on 8’ centers Trusses on 8’ centers with 4/12 pitch McElroy Steel with Kynar 500 paint finish for all siding, roofing, and trims Flush eaves 6’ x 16’ porch with finished ceiling Moisture protection under roof metal 1 insulated steel service door 1 - 12’ x 13’ insulated steel overhead door (manual) 1 - 10’ x 10’ insulated steel overhead door (manual) 4” reinforced concrete floor in the entire building with a machine finish and control joints, includes 1-floor drain 4” reinforced exterior concrete – 6’ x 16’ porch area. - $45,860.00
