This was a fairly simple project in Texas. Some a new home just needs to be brought to life through the eyes of the new homeowner. This FHA 203k project consisted of a large amount of painting, some new countertops, and some random odds and ends to bring the home up to speed. Most homes can feel “lived in” and it’s nice to dust that off before getting settled.
