Our Story
We saw what changed the outcome.
When the right people are involved and everyone understands the process, a renovation loan can be relatively smooth. When they're not, it can quickly become a nightmare.
We found an industry-wide gap.
There is very little standardization in how renovation loans are handled, and even less clear education for the people going through them. That makes training difficult and the process confusing for homeowners and professionals alike.
We built Makeover Homes to change that.
