Support described in the program includes a business profile, custom landing page, lender-list outreach, contact announcements, shareable materials, and help recording and editing local video content.
Makeover also educates loan officers, Realtors, and contractors, and sends project-stage information to clients. Detailed bids help define the finished project and support the lender’s and appraiser’s review; change orders and reserves need to follow the specific loan’s requirements.

In November 2022, Makeover Inspections & Consulting announced an opportunity for eligible InterNACHI members to add pre-construction and draw inspections to their businesses. The program described designated service areas, training, administrative and marketing support, and a field app connecting the project team.
The Makeover badge recognizes completion of Makeover’s criteria, training, and onboarding. It is separate from HUD approval. Confirm current membership eligibility, territory availability, and program terms with the team.
